FAQs
Reconditioned products may include items which have previously been in service, as well as discontinued items and returns. All previously used products are inspected and tested by Shaper technicians, and are determined to meet Shaper’s high performance and quality standards. In some cases these products and/or their containers may have minor scratches, dents or other cosmetic blemishes. In some cases, damaged components are replaced with new components. When applicable, consumables are replenished as-new; for example, reconditioned Origins are provided with new bits. We guarantee reconditioned products to be fully operational prior to leaving our facility.
Yes, all reconditioned products sold on shapertools.com/recon include a one-year warranty.
We're happy to offer a 14 day return period on reconditioned tools.
Shaper recon products ship anywhere in the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Yes, shipping is free to all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico.
Reconditioned products are offered sporadically, only as inventory permits. Shaper will not publicize a schedule of availability. The best way to learn about new offers is to sign up for our Shaper Recon email list.
